item #'s and FedEx tracking number so you can make arrangements to sign for your order upon scheduled arrival.

We combine shipping up to 6 livestock items per box with the flat rate of $49 shipping fee for anywhere outside of New York. This flat rate fee includes all shipping materials including heat or ice packs if needed. Livestock shipping fee within New York will be a flat rate of $30.

Free ground shipping on orders over $299 on drygoods.

* All Dry Goods must be shipped separate from live stock orders using standard ground delivery.

Live Arrival Guarantee

In case the item arrives dead you must:

- Have received and signed for the item on the first attempt made by the carrier.
- Notify us via email with in 1 hours of the delivery.
- Email picture of the DOA item within 4 hours.

If these conditions are not met your 100% Arrive Alive Guarantee is voided.

If these conditions are met you will receive 100% store credit for the purchase of live stock. We can not issue credit for the shipping fees. Store credit can not be used towards shipping fees. Credit can only be used towards new live stock purchase! Items purchased with store credit will not be replaced or new credit will not be issued.
